1. Research Use Only
All products offered by PeptideAmerica are sold strictly for laboratory research and development use only. They are not for human or animal use or consumption.
These products and the statements on this website have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product or statement is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
PeptideAmerica is a research chemical supplier. It is not a pharmacy, does not provide medical services, and does not compound or dispense prescription products under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. PeptideAmerica is not registered as an outsourcing facility under section 503B of that Act.
Products are provided as-is for laboratory research. By placing an order, you acknowledge and confirm that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization and accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use.
2. Eligibility
Visitors and purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must affirm, before entering the storefront and again at checkout, that all products are being acquired for legitimate research purposes. PeptideAmerica reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where research-use intent cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions and documentation status are provided for reference. Where source reports are published, the associated purity data comes from the identified batch-level analytical report. Unpublished purity is labeled accordingly. PeptideAmerica makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research protocol.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of order. PeptideAmerica reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to violate these terms or applicable regulations.
5. Shipping
Shipping is limited to the United States. Availability and shipping timing are confirmed during order processing. Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
PeptideAmerica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this site. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of research compounds comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. PeptideAmerica does not provide legal guidance on compliance matters.
