3.2 Purchaser Qualifications

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are a qualified researcher affiliated with a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or educational facility, OR you are purchasing for other lawful in-vitro research purposes
• You possess the necessary expertise, training, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely
• You will use the products exclusively for legitimate scientific research in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all product documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA)

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Administer, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce any product into any human or animal body
• Use any product for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or any non-research purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer any product to any person or entity without ensuring they acknowledge and agree to these same terms
• Misrepresent the intended use of products to any third party
• Use products in any manner that violates local, state, federal, or international laws

3.4 Consequences of Misuse

Violation of this RUO Agreement may result in:

• Immediate termination of your account and prohibition from future purchases
• Reporting to appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities
• Civil liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse
• Criminal prosecution under applicable laws and regulations

3.5 Assumption of Risk and Release

You acknowledge that research chemicals inherently carry risks when handled improperly. You assume all risk associated with the possession, storage, handling, and use of any products purchased from Peptide America. You release Peptide America, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your use or misuse of any products.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse any order for any reason
• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is detected
• Correct pricing errors

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. In the event that your order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of the original order. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Peptide America or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
