Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Return Conditions
Products may not be returned once the seal has been broken, due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Contact
Ordering is currently disabled. A verified public contact channel will be published before ordering is enabled. Once ordering is enabled, the published channel will handle cancellation, return, and refund requests.
